We get it, sometimes something just does not work for you and you want your money back.

Returns Information:

  • Items can be returned for an online Credit Note or cancel.
  • Items must be returned within the 10 day period from receiving the order.
  • We do not accept returns on Sale items. These are items in the Sale category, not items marked down from discount codes or on flash sales.
  • Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the item/s as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
  • For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
  • Please email sales@deshopping.com.au if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

How To Return

All you need to do is:

  • Reply to your Order Confirmation email or contact sales@deshopping.com.au, Please include your online order number and state your reason for requesting the return. Include all relevant information and provide photographs where necessary.
  • Returned items will be assessed by us upon arrival. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
  • Accepted returns will be confirmed with you via email, and will include a receipt for any store credit issued.

When Returning:

  • We do not accept any parcels that require payment on pick-up, and these will be refused. Please ensure shipping is fully paid for in advance or contact us if assistance is needed.
  • Place the items you are returning into the parcel and seal it up securely!
  • Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see below). We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
  • Once your return has been delivered and processed through our returns department, we will issue your chosen return option

Credit Note:

  • Credit notes can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Your credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
  • Credit notes can not be refunded.
